Whitewater Park

Welcome to Whitewater Park, the newest gem in Kotka’s national urban park, unveiled in 2020—a wilderness sanctuary nestled within the city! Located in the Koivula district, the park spans from the Koivukoski dam and power plant in the north to Kokonkoski in the south, where the river branches.
